RESIDENT/LIVE IN - ON-SITE BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT with minimum 3-5 years’ experience for well-maintained 20 and 16 unit building in Jersey City heights Section. Must have strong skills in plumbing, electric, carpentry, spackling & painting and good work ethic. Be on-site for after-hour emergencies. Valid driver’s license, your own car and tools are a must.
