If you are interested in a career as a SUBCONTRACTOR technician in this field, earning the possibility of up to $500 to $4,000 per week for self-motivated individuals, please submit your resume. ** MILITARY VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY** Surface Connection assures the success of subcontractor technicians by providing: · Comprehensive, paid training program o Surface Connection provides a two-week shadowing program with a national trainer that has 25+ years of experience, and then on-going support from trainers and your local sales managers. · Initial equipment purchases, financial support, and ongoing material purchase support. o We help close the entrance gap of our industry by providing you with the top-of-the-line equipment up front for credit to the company, and then we give you the ability to pay it off as your workload grows within the company. · Surface Connection provides all your daily project scheduling, marketing, sales, work-order administration, customer billing and support. · Weekly pay guaranteed every Friday, and even if we are not paid by the customer. SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: · Completing work-orders in a timely and professional manner · Extensive preparation, resurfacing and clean-up of counter tops, cabinets, bath tubs and surrounds: o Sanding o Masking o Fiberglass repair o Protecting adjacent surfaces, appliances and customer belongings o HVLP spray applications of epoxy and acrylic polymers APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in auto-body, boat or industrial surface preparation and HVLP paint application preferred, but not required for candidates with strong work and business ethics that want to learn our business. · Pass background check. · Pass drug test. · Have and maintain a valid driver’s license. · Possess a registered, insured and reliable vehicle capable of transporting work-related supplies to and from work assignments. o You will be transporting and storing paint products and paint related products in both your vehicle and personal residences. · Possess a cell phone with active voicemail, email and text capabilities. · Maintain a continuous positive and professional working relationship with customers and company personnel. · Must be willing to travel between properties in the whole entire Dallas area and surrounding cities. o There will also be traveling opportunities to be able to work outside markets with a surplus of work if the quality of your work is up to the company's standards.
