Gigging band seeks lead guitarist

Our band is looking for a new lead guitarist or keys player! We are an established band with a large repertoire of original music. We gig about once a month and practice 1-2x a week in Boulder. We're currently working on writing more tunes and honing our sound, with the goal of returning to the studio soon. We are committed to working to improve our sound and our playing together - we have a lot of fun but we take it seriously 😊 We're looking for a lead musician who can play solos that make the crowd cheer, but who can also listen and respond to the other musicians in the band; someone who can pull out a flashy lead, but who can also hang back and groove with the band. Someone who knows how to shred but also knows how to listen. Ability to sing backup vocals strongly preferred. We want a band member who will show up on time with their gear in working order, ready to play. Someone who can be involved in writing their parts and contribute creatively to the process. We do want a person who can commit to making this their primary project. We drink and smoke a lil bit at practice, but please no drug or alcohol problems.
