Vocals looking for guitar player

Hey! I’m a guy in my early 20s and have always wanted to start a band. My inspos are Jeff Buckley, Maccy! (Mac demarco) a lot of indie/alt rock. Pete frampton, Pearl Jam, some of REM, band Travis, Elliott smith, Neil young, Fleetwood Mac are my old time faves. More current stuff tame impala is very cool. Weezer, the strokes and kooks also cool. Basically anything with guitar and some singer-songwritery vocals. I’m alright with guitar but really find myself in singing. If I can channel Peter frampton or maybe Kevin Parker I'm happy. I did some stuff with a guitar player in my hometown but am in NY for school now so am looking for people here. First want to find a guitar player then find the other members (drums bass) to have a full unit Could be fun doing sessions and coming up with songs. Contact me if interested!
