Handyman • Looking for handyman with experience in the following: Carpentry, trim work, paint, sheetrock/tape/float Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing experience a plus • Warehouse organization and clean up • Organizing tools/tools are provided • Loading and unloading trucks • Moving Materials • Ability be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to able to climb ladders • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and stand for long periods of time. • Ability to work in outdoor weather year round • Strong attention to detail • Be responsible and reliable • Must have reliable transportation • Other duties as assigned • Maintain safety practices at all times • Must speak fluent English Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 7/8 am to 4/5 pm (40 hrs per week) Must be willing to work weekends occasionally as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
