Titanic- The Artifact Exhibition is holding auditions for multi-talented Actors for TITANIC First Class Dinner Gala. Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings. All performances and rehearsals are paid. In Person Audition Dates: Tuesday, September 13th 2:00p-6:00p Thursday, September 15th 4:00p-6:00p Location of the Open Auditions: Titanic… The Artifact Exhibition 7324 International Drive Orlando FL 32819 Dinner Show Roles ($100/per show): Captain Smith Male: age range 50-70 Clean-shaven face or white beard and mustache Accent: British Thomas Andrews, Jr. Male: age range 30-40 Clean-shaven face Accent: Irish (Preferred) or British Vocal: Tenor J. Bruce Ismay Male: age range 30-40 Clean-shaven face or mustache Accent: British Vocal: Tenor Dorothy Gibson Female: age range early 20-early 30 Accent: American slight New Jersey Vocal: Sings off key please prepare 16 bars in your range Violet Jessop Female: age range early 20- 30 Accent: Irish or British Vocal: Alto Titanic- The Artifact Exhibition is also holding auditions for Day Team Actors. These atmospheric actors will portray passengers and crew that were aboard the Titanic. Must be able to give consistent day and evening availability. All performances and rehearsals are paid ($16/per hour). Open to all genders and age ranges. Audition Requirements: • Bring a current headshot and resume. • All actors should prepare: 1-minute comedic and 1-minute dramatic monologue. • Dinner Show only: 16 bars of a ballad in your range, Acapella or provide accompaniment on a device. An accompanist will not be provided. • Be prepared to demonstrate any accents you do. • Be prepared for a cold reading and Improve skills. • Individuals must have the availability to maintain a character based on a real person and have strong improvisational and interactive abilities. • Knowledge of the Titanic and/or Edwardian era is preferred, but not required.
