Job description Triangle Pond Management proudly provides a full range of Aquatic and Stormwater Management services in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas. We have decades of experience assisting homeowners and commercial property owners with everything from pond maintenance to SCM/BMP annual certification and repair. Come be a part of the team! Roles and Responsibilities Working under the direct supervision of the Crew Leader this is a field based position and is a integral part of the profitable and efficient execution of work in the field. Work is completed across a variety of sites and devices. Day to day maintenance activities may include: · Mowing and string trimming device limits · Herbicide application to control invasive or nuisance vegetation · Trash and debris removal · General stormwater device inspection to ensure functionality · Accurate and quality reporting of site visits and inspections Equipment used in day to day activities to complete work include but is not limited to: · Ventrac Slope Mowers · Backpack Blowers · String Trimmers · Hedge Trimmers · Landscape Trailers · Kayaks · Backpack Sprayers · Various Hand Tools Foundational Qualities of a successful team member at Triangle Pond · Background in environmental services, stormwater maintenance, landscaping, herbicide application, ect... · Complete job tasks on client sites in a professional manner · Practice proper techniques for nuisance vegetation control · Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions · Ability to work on steep slopes, around water, and possible wildlife · Effective communication with team members and crew leader · Completion of tasks with attention to detail and timely completion · Implementation of routine maintenance on all equipment and tools to ensure safe working condition at all times · Takes pride in work and results driven · Works well as a part of a team What do we offer our team members? · A salary or hour wage commensurate with your experience · Bonus Potential · Paid Sick Time and Vacation · Company Vehicle for positions that require it. · Shared Health Care Expense If you are interested in applying for the position, please apply at the following link () ' Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on industry experience ($16.00-$21.00/hr) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Overtime Pay Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Herbicide Application: 1 year (Preferred) Landscape/Mowing/Grounds maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
