Description
Fulltime handyman needed for multiple facilites and grounds work. Privately owned residential and commercial properties. Will work directly with Owner and Property Manager. Applicant must be dependable with a valid driver's license.
Ideal candidate will be able to perform the following:
Routine maintenance
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Light carpentry
Painting
Minor appliance repairs
General interior/exterior home repairs
General landscaping
Pressure washing
Selective janitorial duties
Salary and Benefits include a yearly salary of $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience, company vehicle/fuel provided. Accrued PTO after 90 days, 100% employer paid life insurance policy after 30 days equivalent to one year of salary, STD/LTD after 90 days (employer paid at 75%/employee paid at 25%). Health insurance is NOT offered at this time. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Background/Drug screening required.
