Help with a feral cat and four kittens

Seriously in need of a cat lover to adopt a feral black cat and her four kittens which have taken up residency in my back patio. The cat is coal black and the kittens are mostly black. It is a never-ending with the feral cats around here and in the past I had found some cat lovers to take another one. Catching the cats is another story. Please help
