We are hiring Apprentice (helpers) with 0 to 4 years or more experience. We will train you if you have no experience. We provide and PAY THE PREMIUM FOR EMPLOYEES GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE including Vision. We also offer Dental insurance, Competitive Salary, 6, Paid Holidays, 5, Paid Vacations, and a Profit Sharing Retirement Plan. The profit sharing plan is a SEP Simplified Employee Pension Plan and has paid 15% each of last 5 years (example $26.00 per hour = $29.90 per hour when fully vested). All work is local no traveling. This is full time employment for a company that has been in business over 50 years. We are hiring for both day and night shift. We will pay an extra $2.00 per hour while on night shift. Apprentice Responsibilities: MUST: Have your own hand tools, Have transportation to and from the job site Be on time each day Better if you can: Install MC cable Know how to pull wire Install and wire light fixtures Install plugs and switches Operate a backhoe, Mini x, or trencher Read drawings Even better if you can: Have a CDL Bend conduit Wire panels and switch gear Wire HVAC equipment Wire kitchen equipment Wire transformers Install lighting controls Install and wire motor controls Applicants Need: TDLR Journeyman or Apprentice License. We can show you how to get one. Texas Driver's License or State issued ID Clean Background (No Felony) & Drug Free. We do pre-employment background check and drug test.
