Jobs

Tampa FL

Description

Hiring someone who is on point. Most days are 4-7 hrs per day! -Just to be crystal clear the main duty of this job is showing up and being on time, building and carpentry come second. This post is designed to filter in the really good people and filter out the rest. -Ideally someone with roofing experience. -Have a positive attitude and positive energy, work well when things are going well and work well thru adversity. Someone who can go with the flow. Someone who wishes to do good things for the world. Someone who works well by themselves and with others. -Someone who takes care of their body, themselves and cares heavily about others and the future. -Excellent communication skills. -Must have an impact gun/driver and basic tools -Ideally know how to use nail Guns/ impacts -Follow simple instruction- For Example. shooting nails and fastening screws to code spacing. -Be on time. -Someone who never calls off. Like even if you have some crazy shit go down you are still at work. -Do not bother if you drink alcohol or use most substances- This will be asked in interview. -Sign a non-compete agreement with my current clients. Meaning you can work and do anything else you wish, just not with my clients. -I have had such an issue with people just showing up that I am incentivizing showing up and penalizing not showing up. -If you show up everyday you are scheduled for the week you get your pay rate- roughly $15-30 an hr depending on experience- With room for growth- I can pay the right people well (for a carpenter). -If you do not show up for a day that you are scheduled you get Florida minimum wage for the week and most likely will not be asked to come back. By the way this does not apply to someone having an emergency or something actually pop up a few months down the line. But if you are missing the first week or month then this does apply to you. - I myself, have missed work one time myself since 2013 and that was when my dog lost mobility in her back legs over night. -Paid weekly, not daily- do not reach out if you want daily pay! -Must have clean background and be willing to do a background check, show ID and obtain Workmans comp or Workmans comp exemption! -Ontop of that I am also incentivizing/rewarding good work. If you do a good job and turn projects over correctly and quickly we can do weekly or monthly bonuses. -Ideally good references and please explain why you are not working right now. -Also willing to train the right person without carpentry experience!
