A/V Installer - Install Outlet, Mount TV, Run Speaker Wire

Looking for an audio video installer to mount my TV, add a plug so plugs are not visible, and run speaker wire through the ceiling to the surround speakers. There is an existing plug at the bottom of the wall where the TV will be mounted. I just want another higher-up. Please send a bid and pics of any systems you have installed.
