We are a third-party Logistics provided (3PL) company located in Buena Park and we currently have a customer service representative position available. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Review orders as they are received at warehouse throughout the day • Shipping and receiving experience • Process orders and returns • Respond to emails in a timely matter and maintain a positive customer relationship • Schedule/request delivery and pick up appointments Must be bilingual Responsible worker 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) Start rate: $18/HR
