We are looking for one good person that has some construction knowledge (we are not looking for a foreman). We prefer at least 2 years experience, but not a deal breaker. We want an honest person that works well either on their own or supervised, ON TIME, prefer a non-smoker, own vehicle. If you have your own tools, it's a plus. JOB DUTIES - General Construction Work - Demolition & job-site cleanup - Installing doors & windows - Setting up foundations - Some light drywall and painting - Possible cabinet installations & moldings - Work in shop, wash company vehicles - Pickup and deliver materials - Dump runs - Possible drive tractors (need experience) Most all our work is in North OC. Work from 25-50 hours per week. PAY | We can offer from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour.
