Baby squirrel help needed

Help needed please I found a baby squirrel. I need somebody to take this little guy. I looked up feeding and contacted the refuge...(no return calls) He won't eat his formula. He's about 3-4 weeks old so no solid foods yet I am looking for a foster to take him till I can get the refuge to take him. Refuge is a no kill. Any good fosters. Please have experience in this. He needs more help then I can give him. I don't want him to die due to my not being able to feed him. He wants to eat but won't really take formula.
