From the City of Little Rock: December 29, 2020 On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. will re-issue an executive order prohibiting caravanning and drag racing. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Little Rock has seen an increase in individuals caravanning and drag racing on City streets this fall and winter. "It's a public safety concern, and we must ramp up our current efforts to ensure the health and safety of our residents," Mayor Scott said. "If you are loitering in groups of ten or more, you will be fined to the maximum extent of the law. And the executive order against caravanning and drag racing also carries a maximum fine allowed by law." This press release was produced by the City of Little Rock.
