The Ag Crew’s primary responsibility is to support the Ag Manager’s efforts in cultivating crops and livestock with a primary focus on cacao, coffee and cattle. Ag Crew Responsibilities: Be at the right place, at the right time Correct work attire (job/duty dependent) Motivation to work Expect to always work a full day Safety of yourself and others is everyone’s priority Take breaks at alloted time for allotted time Inspect all machines before and after each use Attention to detail See something wrong say something Drink water No discrimination towards one another Always respect peers, and leaders alike Make sure the job or task is 100% complete before moving on Maintain clean and safe work space Ag Crew Duties: Harvest and Inspect Crops Operate and service farm equipment and machinery Spray herbicide, pesticide, fungicide and fertilizer Maintain crops using best practices Apply fertilizer, prune, weeding, planting, soil amendment Additional duties as needed Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: Morning temperature checks as needed, adherence to CDC guidelines. We take every precaution; however, we do not require our agricultural crew members to be vaccinated.
