GLOW 414 Inc is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that services female youth ages 11-22 in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This fundraising event is an opportunity to learn more about GLOW414, network with the Founder and Board Members, and  raise money to assist with funding programming for our GLOW Girls. GLOW's programming is now evidence-based, with results concluding an increase in the participant's confidence and a decrease in aggression reported by the caregiver. GLOW believes each person is unique, making the drive and ability to grow as an individual different for everyone. GLOW’s primary focus is to create preventive maintenance by meeting each participant where they are. The curriculum is customized based on individual needs and surrounded by the different services offered. Our scope of programming includes: • Group Counseling • Therapy Services • Transitional Living • One-on-One Services (mentoring/guidance) GLOW has impacted the lives of over 125 youth, intending to service a minimum of 500 by the end of 2023.
