We’ll start the evening out with introductions and a run down of what it takes to achieve a successful bubbly pizza dough, the health of your starter and an amazing sauce recipe using fresh organic tomatoes from our garden.
I’ll demonstrate how to properly shape your dough and invite you to toss your own. From there you’ll select toppings and sauce and hand your creation over to my husband who will fire it In our pizza oven.
Keep in mind this is perfect to do as a couple or for a date.
The evening will be wrapped up with a homemade Italian dessert trio, served with our home roasted coffee beside the fire.
