The Barre Code Third Ward & The Hounds and Tap present a 50 minute Barre & Barks class at The Hounds and Tap on Saturday, September 17th at 10:00 am 🐶 Grab your pooch (or come solo!) and join us for a Barre class followed by a refreshing beverage. Tickets are $20 per person and include one drink of choice. Get ready to sweat, shake, and burn while being surrounded by some of Milwaukee's cutest pups! Barre: Lengthen and strengthen your muscles during this 50-minute, full-body workout. Incorporating the best of Barre, this cornerstone class will push you to challenge both the body and mind while focusing on working each muscle group to fatigue. Work through dynamic, full-range movements alongside targeted, isometrics. ***All pups must be registered in The Hounds and Tap system, show proof of vaccinations (rabies, distemper, and bordatella), and be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age.
