Must be experienced in: Carpentry - able to build / repair small decks, etc Roofing - able to work on second story roofs, shingles, metal roofing Electrical - able to troubleshoot and replace breakers, bad outlets, switches, ballasts, etc Plumbing - able to run 75' drain snake. understand different purposes of PVC, CPVC, black iron, galvanized pipe.
