Este próximo Sábado 10 de septiembre estaremos visitando el hermoso parque estatal Oswald West en la costa de Oregon. Aquí realizaremos una caminata de 4.6 millas que está categorizada en un nivel de difícil a moderada, donde recorreremos un antiguo bosque hasta llegar al impresionante mirador de Cape Falcon. Durante nuestro recorrido nos deleitaremos con paisajes inolvidables de esta zona, misma que es considerada como el "Maui de Oregon” por su gran parecido con los paisajes de la isla Maui en Hawaii. Posterior a nuestra caminata, regresaremos a la playa Short Sands, la cual es popular por sus increíbles olas para surfear y por su agua cristalina color turquesa. Para concluir esta aventura costera, regresaremos por la famosa carretera 101 hasta llegar a un restaurante local para cenar. Te invitamos a escaparte del ajetreo de la ciudad y acompañanos en este viaje a la costa de Oregon por solo $45 por persona. We will kick off this beach adventure by meeting in Portland and traveling westward to the lush green Oswald West State Park. Here we will embark through an old growth Sitka Spruce forest on a difficult to moderate 4.6 mile cliffside hike to Cape Falcon which boasts stunning views of the coast. After soaking up the views from what many call the “Maui of Oregon”, we will get our toes wet on the sandy, sheltered Short Sands Beach. This beach is popular among locals for its amazing surf breaks and turquoise shimmering waters. We will top off this coastal adventure by traveling down the 101 scenic route to a local restaurant for dinner before returning back to the city. Escape from the summer heat and join us on this trip to the coast for only $45 per person.
