We have teamed up with FIT4MOM to bring Strides 360 Family to Armature Works. Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through parenthood with FIT4MOM's Strides 360 Family class! Bring the whole family for this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day! This family style workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Kids under 4 must be in a stroller for class. Class Details: This class is for Moms with stroller-aged kids Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River This event is free, and open to the public All skill levels welcome Space is first come, first served (early arrival suggested) No equipment needed Stroller Strides 360 Family will be instructed by FIT4MOM.
