Description

A fun opportunity to give back to this treasured park with friends & family! Together we'll remove invasives displacing native understory trees in our 482-acre park. We’ll meet in the main event area at 9AM SHARP for directions, coffee, cocoa, and donuts before we head out in teams to tackle and take down some unwelcome visitors in the park: English Holly, English Ivy, Laurel, and European Mountain Ash. The Foundation will provide all tools and have gloves on hand (children sizes too), but if you’ve got a favorite pair, be sure to bring them. Registration is required so that we can prioritize and maximize our work plan for the morning and (very important), to ensure that we’ve got enough donuts! As a thank you, we’ve got Bridle Trails Park Foundation 20th Anniversary t-shirts for all participants.
