We are so excited to host Zwanze Day, a celebration of international friendship and excellent beer. Every year, Brasserie Cantillon releases a special lambic blend to a select number of locations around the world, and this year, Garden Path Fermentation is one of them.
This year's Zwanze, named Poivre de Gorilles, is a two-year lambic blend with Congolese black pepper. A portion of proceeds of this beer will go to Gorilla, a charity which helps protect Lowland gorillas, native to the region in which the pepper grows.
We will have an amazing draft lineup in addition to the Zwanze, including multiple other Cantillon beers and some other non-Cantillon special surprises:

We will be hosting Zwanze Day as a sneak preview of our new location, The Great Northern Bottle Shop & Lounge, at 1319 Commercial St in Bellingham. The space is brand new to us as of this week, so there is a small chance we may have to move the event to our brewery in Burlington. If that is the case, we will let ticketholders know well in advance.
