Part time but could lead to full for the right people. -Must always be on time(VERY IMPORTANT) -Careful(mostly high end buildings so awareness is a must) -Respectful(clients are typically laid back but do not cross work relationship boundary lines) -Efficient (must have a functioning brain and not require constant monitoring) Extra points if you can drive anything larger than an SUV!
