Candidate must be able to communicate in English. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Painting units Drywall and ceiling repairs. Apartment Turnovers Emergency After-Hours Maintenance Calls as Required Flex shift - four 10 hour days or five 8 hour days Other Duties as Assigned Please send work history. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance is helpful. Cell Phone Required. This position requires you to be on the on-call rotation for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends. Must have own tools, dependable vehicle and a valid active drivers license. 40 Hours per week 2 Weeks vacation 5 Sick days Gas allowance Health / Dental Insurance
