Women and Minorities encouraged to apply. Hydra Concrete Waterproofing located in Holliston MA is hiring Laborers/ Caulkers/ Sealant Specialists and Waterproofers. All positions report to the General Manager and take direction from the Site Foreman or Project Manager. Our projects are typically located in the Greater Boston area extending to RI, CT, NH at times. Qualifications: • Can lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs • Able to work as part of a team and at a continuous pace • Positive and self-motivated • Professional appearance and attitude • Willingness to learn and follow precise instructions • Comfortable working at heights • Experienced with boom lift and swing staging is a plus • OSHA-10 Construction Training Certification (will provide training if necessary) • Must have means of transportation Responsibilities: • Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials. • Mixes ingredients to create compounds, used to waterproof surfaces. • Applies waterproofing product, smooths and finishes freshly poured cement or concrete • Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices. • Joins and seals structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes. • Grinds, scrapes, sands, or polishes surfaces, such as concrete, brick or other masonry, and/or wood flooring, using abrasive tools or machines. • Cleans construction site to eliminate possible hazards. • Other duties as assigned ** Willing to Train the right Candidate**
