Surrounded by like-minded women, our intention is to teach you how to enjoy life more deeply while embracing everything that makes you YOU! Through self-awareness, care, and love, we can learn how to create habits and BE our best selves, while DOING the things that we love, and HAVING the life that we want. Even as a wife, mother, daughter, or friend, we DESERVE to LOVE our lives! This evening will begin with wine and appetizers at 5 o'clock. Three passionate women will speak and lead conversations on topics that fuel their soul. Their energy is contagious and will leave you feeling ready and motivated to create new habits and changes in your life. Raffles, games, and prizes will bring fun and excitement to the evening. Each guest will receive a swag bag filled with self-love goodies and gear. Most importantly, this workshop will leave you ready to take on the rest of the year! About our speakers: Ginny Trosper: Hi! I’m Ginny! As a certified Health and Life Coach, I help you discover your full potential, find direction, set, and accomplish your goals. We are all born with unique talents, desires, and motivations. I coach to bring your unique, amazing qualities in alignment with your goals and bring a strong sense of purpose and direction to your everyday life. Health, wellness and living to your fullest potential have always been my passion. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1993 as a Registered Dental Hygienist, I have over 20 years’ experience. After retiring due to a spinal fusion, I decided to go back to school to become a Certified Health and Life Coach. Our journey while on this earth can take us on a lot of twists and unexpected turns. How we maneuver through this life is what matters. I have a deep understanding of tragedy and trauma as I found myself a widow at the age of 36 with two young daughters. She gratefully adds wife, momma, daughter, and child of God to her many roles. Brittany is on a mission to empower women to create the lives that they want to have. She believes that this can happen first with a healthy and positive mindset. She loves to encourage and motivate women while helping them to build their confidence. With God's grace, she founded the women's empowerment group Forward Females. She loves hosting retreats and teaching women about self-love.
