On 9/10 I am hosting a charity PowerStryde class at MyStryde in South Boston. Join the class + stick around for some snacks + beverages. Space is limited to 32 spots!
A little more about the charity GOSH. Greater Ormond Street Hospital is a London-based charity that supports children and young people who are battling complex illnesses. Each day ~600 children arrive at GOSH, and each day doctors & nurses at GOSH come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.
Why am I running? I am running for GOSH in memoriam of my cousin Frank, who passed from a Wilms Tumor, a rare form of kidney cancer, at the age of four. I'll always remember Frank for his love of 3 B's: Barney, Batman, and the Boston Bruins - decades later, these "B's" still bring him to mind! Running for kids like Frank is my own small way of supporting these young patients and their families, and also the research that we hope can lead to healthy, better futures.
