The Gardner Community Action Team and Health Equity Partnership present the 6th Annual Prevention Conference. This year's theme is Youth Prevention and Diversion Programs. Our keynote speaker, Tony Hoffman, will be followed by a panel discussion with organizations that run youth substance use prevention programs and jail diversion programs for youth.
