Join us for a special Halloween costume party edition of goat yoga and animal therapy featuring the goats from Walnut Creek Farm! We will practice indoors at the fellowship hall at Faith Lutheran Church in Arlington. The goats will be dressing up in their halloween costumes, and human participants are welcome to do the same! This event will be a hybrid of gentle seated yoga stretches, a guided meditation, and plenty of goat petting and interaction. The owner of Walnut Creek Farm and human mom to the goats, veterinarian Dr. Maureen Roberts, will be there to attend to the herd and answer goat-related questions. Participants must be 10+ years of age. PLEASE BYO Yoga mat.
