Come join a lively, creative and diverse group of people for Improv Theater and Movement. You will learn or relearn the basics of doing Improv, "Yes, And," meet interesting people and Laugh alot ! I always begin with Mindfulness to get grounded then move into Theater Games where we invent interesting characters and make up amazing stories that come out of your combined creativity with others. No experience necessary. You MUST RSVP AND be Covid free of course.
