Join us as we host a root chakra event, centered around releasing past trauma and getting grounded in the present moment. The event combines yoga, sound-bowls and crystal energy healing all in one beautiful event. The intention is to heal the community and empower the people with tools to relax and raise their frequency. We ask that you bring a root based crystal (red, black or brown), a journal and pen to get the full benefit of the energy exchange. Helping you to release blockages and bring more clarity to your being, using crystal healing. The event is centered around the Libra New moon. The Libra New Moon brings us an excellent opportunity to find harmony. Join us at Ladera Park AT 4 PM on Sunday the 25th. Please wear red, brown or black outfit that allows you to feel comfortable.
