Join us this September as two local KC brands, Pilates of Kansas City X KC Wine Co., bring you Pilates at the Winery. Come visit a boutique winery & vineyard, get moving with a Pilates workout, and then enjoy a much-deserved cheers. Here's the full rundown: A 45-min Pilates mat workout will be taught outside at the Barrel Room on the covered patio by Bre Zammar from Pilates of Kansas City. This class is open to all fitness levels. All you need is your mat, water and to dress for an outdoor workout! After your workout, enjoy a beverage of your choosing provided by KC Wine Co. Keep the Sunday vibes going by staying to explore the beautiful vineyard —and maybe another glass of the most pallet pleasing wines and ciders on this side of the Mississippi. Fill up at the wine bar in the Barrel Room and enjoy the changing colors of autumn as the season arrives at the winery.
