We welcome participants to come prepared to discuss their ZW tips and strategies for moving toward a zero-waste life at home, including how to navigate back-to-school lunches! The event will be facilitated by Susan Haynes of Honest Weight Food Coop’s Environment Committee and will involve a mix of presentation and discussion. We can learn from each other! Bring your reusable tumbler to enjoy some tea! Susan Haynes has been a member of Honest Weight for five years where she has been involved in outreach, served as a shopper’s helper, and parking lot attendant. She has been a member of the Environmental Committee for three years. She is a retired professor at HVCC where she taught for thirty years in the Educational Opportunity Division and served as the Union President of the EOC alliance for over twenty years.
