4 year old German shepherd mix needs new home

This is bear. He is a 4 year old German shepherd mix who we’ve had since he was seven weeks old. He is a 115 pound couch potato/bed hog but due to extremely changed circumstances in our living and working arrangements he is needing to find a new home. We simply are not home enough for him anymore and he is stuck in a small apartment. He is fantastic with kids, loves other dogs, and does well with cats (we have two). He is your typical large dog and is scared of just about everything so he’d need a little patience. He’s a talker, meaning he not only barks but “talks” and will scream at you and smile when you come home even if you’ve only been gone ten minutes because he’ll miss you so much. Bear needs a home with a yard where he can finally have space to just be a dog again. Please feel free to respond with any questions! There will be a rehoming fee of $150 to ensure a good home. He will also come with his food, food container, bed and all his toys.
