Attention all gals & ghouls: Join us for our 4th Annual Trick-or-Treat on Downtown Streets event for adults, kids, and pets! Downtown Dallas, Inc., will provide a map of all participating Downtown businesses. Each local retailer on the map will create a fun Halloween station handing out trick-or-treats items for all! This event is free to participate in. We will hand out FREE Halloween bags (while supplies last) starting at 4 PM at Main Street Garden Park.
