Growing janitorial company in Katy, TX. is looking for a Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to assist its clients and manage the cleaning team and to perform cleaning tasks at our clients facilities. Three (3) years supervisor experience in the janitorial field required. Must be able to demonstrate skill and proficiency with cleaning equipment and consumable supplies. Excellent customer service and employee principles skills. Ability to plan weekly client/team schedules, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities with time frame constraints. Ability to learn and use in house company computer program and mobile application. Must be able to read, write and speak both english and spanish.
