Stella got off her chain around 5:30 pm today 9/7. My boyfriend and I have walked and drove all around our area looking for her. We have called the non emergency line, and the shelter was closed by the time we called them. We are so worried for her. She is wearing a collar with a tag that has her name but the number is incorrect. Please, if you’ve seen her get ahold of me.
