We are hiring a landscape lead to our team. As a lead you would be responsible for one or more employees. Executing jobs and making sure they get done in a timely/quality manner. Checking in with the manager throughout the day. We are looking for reliable people who are hardworking, will show up on time, willing to work over time if needed, someone who can work well by themselves and lead a crew team. Must have experience with basic tools and landscaping equipment. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to take direction well and follow steps to achieve completion of all jobs. Skills include mowing, weed eating, edging, leaf blowing, customer service skills, being able to work manual labor, communication and have a clean driving record. knowing how to drive a trailer is a major plus.
