REFUND POLICYNCMA will provide full refund up to 20 days prior to the event. NCMA will provide 50% refund after 20 days but before 10 days prior to the event. NCMA cannot provide refunds within 10 days of the event due to commitments we make for food service based on anticipated attendance. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
