Mara brings more than a decade of vast marketing, communications and human resources experience to our clients. She is a level II through XVI Certified Aesthetic Consultant utilizing her knowledge and skills from previous marketing positions for two separate leading dermatology, cosmetic and plastic surgery practices located in South Florida. No stranger to the startup world, Mara founded and ran The Leone Company, a marketing and communication relations firm based in Orlando, until she joined Shorr Solutions in 2012. Focusing on both internal and client strategies in traditional and new media as well as office management, Mara is a well respected public speaker, having served on faculty for the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians, the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Vegas Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, The Aesthetic Show, The Aesthetic Academy, The Medical Entrepreneur Symposium, and the Global Aesthetics Conference. In her spare time, Mara serves as a certified Volunteer Advocate for Children through Orange County Legal Aid Society’s Guardian Ad Litem Program, as well as a proud dog foster mama.
