Cannot drive you sorry. :) ----We need a GROUNDMAN for our climber/arborist for 1 maybe 2 days. We need them TOMORROW only maybe also friday (for now). Same day cash pay, $16/hr minimum the first day, $18 hr cash if you come back for the second day (or any days thereafter). If you are good the first day I may easily pay 18/hr, but depends on if you can do the work. Pay can go up also for the right person. Its hard work but not hard to learn. The first day is simply a test day. See what you can do. I often pay a bonus to people (not a guarantee). This is a small small operation. Low budget but effective and we do well still and can afford to pay well to someone who can do it. We only need spot help not full time at all. Very part time. We have been running our own business for 7 years on and off. Jason, Lead Arborist, has 15 years of professional experience and is an ISA cert. arborist. He's an expert climber. We dont have boom or special equiptment, dont need it. We have a 2004 truck and old trailer. Look at jasonstreecare.com on fb or nextdoor for more info also. -----Your job? As the groundman you pick up limbs, large ones, sticks, brush, or wood, and load it up into the trailer. You are not required to lift large logs at all, Jason can do it. We currently dont have fancy trucks or trailers just a small trailer not a dump for now, so the sticks wood will have to be unloaded by hand. It's an easy to learn how to do job, but it is hot demanding work that with test you some physcially. We are not slave drivers though. We pay well because we treat peeople like family and know you are important to us more than a large company, so its a lot different. You can take breaks and such as needed, I dont want people over doing it. Especially in the heat. Breaks are needed. Lunch is provided. You WILL not be climbing so dont worry. You wont be using a chainsaw initially (until we know you can). ***If you cant show up on time this wont be the job for you. I need people to people punctual, have transportation, no drunks, no hard drugs. NO smokers sorry, im very allergic. You cannot smoke while at work at all (do what you want before or after is fine on your own time). Customers dont like it. PLEASE CALL initially and you will have to meet breifly for an interview before you can work. NO crackheads or active alcoholics please or heavy drug users its just not a good fit. :/ MORE PAY for the right person or if you have experience. UP to $22/hr, for a groundman. No climbers needed.
