Want some good advice? If you don't want to get stuck with a utility bill high as hell and equipment that's all tore up, Beware of John D Ross and Adrienne Allison Langmack. Both are drunk tweekers, I know doesn't make sense but....... He took a perfectly running rider mower apart and here I sit with no mower. Never paid any rent and now leaving me with a $200 utility bill due to their AC usage. Dirty people they had a septic tank to hookup to but instead chose to shit in a bucket and put in garbage. I had no idea till recently. You've been warned.
