Looking for licensed bonded interior painters

I'm looking for licensed and bonded painters that are looking to take on more work. I'm looking to build a relationship with somebody that is willing and able to take on more work. I paint in several cities across the country by myself. I often get calls for jobs I have to turn down. Looking for someone I can refer those customers to. Looking for someone that has all the necessary tools and just needs the work. I specialize in vacant interior painting although I get calls for ALL painting projects. I'm hoping to find someone with set pricing to make things easy. I prefer to do everything by the square foot something like $1.50 per SQ ft for ceilings and walls etc (give or take) you decide your prices. Set sq ft pricing makes things easy when talking to a customer and ball parking prices. I'm an easy going guy that is fair and I'm not greedy just need someone to refer work to. I'm not going to treat you like a slave or take advantage. I typically charge $200 for the referral that's it no percentages etc. I'm not looking to get rich off of your work. Ideally I'd like to find someone that is ready to roll and just needs the work. Most projects are vacant interiors. I would love to find someone that works solo or with a small crew. MUST BE LICENSED AND BONDED. MUST BE FULLY TOOLED MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION If you're licensed and bonded but just starting out that's fine.
