Monday afternoon I was getting on to I-26 by Walmart and saw a black lab running across the highway. I stopped my car in the middle of the highway in order to attempt to get cars to stop or slow down. Unfortunately they did not and she was hit by a piece of shit who did not even bother to stop after they hit her. I ran after her on to the other side of the highway so she would not get hit again and was able to hold her on the side of the road until my friend came and helped me get her into the back of his car. She is now under the care at a veterinarian hospital. PLEASE, if this is your dog contact me. I have been calling there every day for information on how she is doing but they will not tell me more than that she is still alive because I am not the owner.
