Guitarist ISO Band Members for Original Rock Band

Would be cool to see a video of your playing in your response! My Vision: To establish an original rock & roll band in the Charlotte scene, expand to surrounding markets as an independent entity, and ultimately seek national/international tour opportunities with or without the help of a favorable record deal of some kind (ideally independent, but that doesn’t come without good songs and shows first, does it?). At the end of the day though, I really just want to hang and play some great music, whatever that means to the band. Sound-wise, I want this to be a rock & roll band. I personally dig loud distorted guitars, great riffs, solos, rhythms that make people want to move, and unrestricted-yet-intentional songwriting. I'm a Les Paul into a Marshall kind of guy if that tells you anything. Who/What I’m Looking For: *2nd lead/rhythm guitarist, bassist, drummer, and lead vocalist(s) with own gear and transportation. Keys would be cool too! *Songwriting experience a major plus. *Background vocals a plus. *Willingness/experience contributing to the business aspects (marketing/social media, booking, etc.) also a major plus. *Generally speaking, anyone in their mid 20s-30s. This is a compatibility issue in my opinion, so ask if you want to understand my point of view on it.
