Homeowner (retired contractor) looking for extra manpower / help to spruce up his own house / complete some tasks. I typically have all materials at the site prior to start of work, but there is always some Menards runs too! Never during day though, I hate that style of work. Please take a few minutes to respond, indicate what you can do, what you wouldn't want to do. Name Phone Years of experience 1) Route hot and cold potable water to new outdoor kitchen, also send 30A circuit out (dig is by others) 1a) Route utilities to new greenhouse 2) Help Install additional Lorex cameras 3) Replace 30 YO Shop load center with new load center and breakers, to be surface mount instead of recessed 4) Install 1 more light in shop attic 5) Install wood cove base/trim one bathroom and entry way 5a) Various Drywall patches 6) Install some 10 year battery Smoke detectors 7) Help with concrete formwork and rebar placement. 8) Repair leaking RO Water Faucet 9) Some painting 10) If you are up to help finish 66 Mustang engine dress up, and new floor boards. 10a) Hang a new screen door at entry 11) 20 other handy type projects, again, if you are up to it.
