RYE, NY — Newly former Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino Jr. has joined a Rye-based law firm. Scarpino and his former first Deputy District Attorney Paul Noto will join Dorf & Nelson LLP as partners in the litigation department, the Journal News reported.
